State: Wayne State withstands Northern Michigan rally

WSU senior free safety Jeremy Jones knocked down a fourth-and-10 pass to help the undefeated Warriors win 30-28 in Marquette against Northern Michigan last Saturday. James Jackson took the opening kickoff 90-yards for a touchdown. Quarterback Mickey Mohner was 15-for-28 passing for 233 yards for Wayne State. The Warriors racked up 410 yards of offense.
